Fee is a mum to 3, a registered nurse and a friend to many.  She has studied Pilates since 2008, holding qualifications including a National Diploma of Clinical Pilates, Certificate IV Pilates, Stott Mat and Australian Pilates Academy certifications and has earnt the recognition and credentialed with membership with Pilates Alliance Australia.


Fee’s philosophy is that everybody has the ability to increase their body’s strength and functional range of movement with ease, developing form and strength without strain.  Fee is dedicated to continually learning and challenging herself and is driven by the thought that she may be able to improve others lives.


With the help of eclectic music ranging from, flutes, flamingo, disco and soul, Fee came to embrace Pilates after having an injury herself.  She will confidently distract you with her sense of humour and inability to count through a range of reformer and mat classes.


Chrissie a Pilates student since 2009 is also a mum to 2 beautiful little girls. With her athletic grace and gentle nature it’s hard to believe that Chrissie’s former life involved track riding and muscling with racehorses. Chrissie is credentialed with a National Certificate IV in Pilates, currently continuing her will and expertise at the White Dog Pilates Republic Studio , Melbourne.


Chrissie will quietly challenge those familiar with the Pilates practice while caring for those who are new to the scene.  Don’t be fooled by her sweet nature…muscles are said to be pleading for mercy some 2 days after a class.


Our Juls has travelled to Nepal to study Buddhist Philopsophies and meditation in the Mayayana tradition, has completed a Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental therapies and Diplomas in Guided Meditation Teaching and currently the Assistant Principal and Senior Coach with the Australian Centre for Holistic Studies.


Juls sought out meditation initially to support huge emotional challenges in her life and has since discovered that meditation has become a constant and reliable friend.


Without a doubt, she has the ability to soothe and calm the busiest of minds in minutes. Each guided meditation session is recorded and can be sent to participants on request.
